This page will give you a picture of what happens during our meetings.
Our Sunday morning celebrations are at 10:00AM at our church building at 1210 Graham Street., Hyde, PA, 16843. These meetings are centered around:
- Worship that brings you into the presence of the Lord. We don’t hurry this – this is a special time when we come together with Father God and Jesus our Lord.
- Freedom for the Holy Spirit to move in bringing healing, deliverance and the prophetic word. It is common to see individuals healed or touched by God during these meetings.
- Teaching and preaching from the written Word.
- Encouraging testimonies from the members of how God is moving and healing.
The teaching is geared to enable you:
- To see and receive what the Father has provided in Christ.
- To live victorious in Christ.
- To understand your identity in Christ.
- To equip and release you into a life of faith.
- To receive the Father’s love and healing for body and soul.
We sing contemporary worship songs. During the worship the Lord often directs in a specific emphasis, such healing through the gifts of the Spirit, or intercession for families or the region we live in.
Children stay with parents during the worship time; they enjoy using banners and flags that symbolize such things as God’s glory, his purity and holiness, his healing power and his majesty. Children go to Children’s Church after the worship and before the preaching begins.
We generally celebrate the Lord’s Supper every Sunday.
Another thing we may do on Sunday is provide time for practical demonstrations of how God speaks to you and how his healing is manifest. These are “mini-workshops” when you are trained by example and explanation to do the works of Jesus. He said, “He who believes in Me, the works that I do shall he do also…” (John 14:12)
From time to time we have School of the Spirit classes for more in-depth teaching and training. Check the calendar for location and dates. Contact us and ask to be put on our email mailing list, and we will let you know of upcoming events. In our School of the Spirit topics such as the following are covered:
- How to be led by the Spirit of God. How does God talk to us? What are the ways the Holy Spirit leads us? How do you develop sensitivity to Him?
- Christian Dream Interpretation.What does the Bible each about this?
- Inner healing and Deliverance.Anything in your heart that is not faith, hope or love is something that needs healed by His love and truth. How do you receive that healing? How do you minister and “give away” that freedom to others.
- Physical Healing.How to receive and minister physical healing.
- The Gifts of the Holy Spirit and Your Place in the Body of Christ.You will be taught, encouraged and empowered to function in your calling as a member of the Body of Christ.
- Prayer and Intercession.What are the different types of prayer? How can you cooperate with the Lord to bring his intervention?
We also have frequent visiting ministries to come to the church to hold life changing seminars and conferences. Many are healed and receive direction for their lives in these meetings.
