Leadership Team

We have a leadership team of four persons, but there are many individuals who function in various roles, such as: as deacons, worship team members, intercessors, children ministers, inner healing and deliverance ministers, prophetic ministers, welome and visitation ministers, cleaning and maintenance.

Together we look to Jesus, receive from him, and freely give to each other through the gifts he gives us.

"As each one has received a gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. "

Terry Smith

Lead Elder & Pastor/Teacher

Terry came to the Lord while he was a student at Penn State University during the Jesus Movement in the early 1970's. He spent many years in street evangelism, and helped start coffee houses and churches.  He has traveled to churches and ministries as a prophetic/healing/deliverance minister. In 1988 he and his wife Connie planted Jubilee Christian Center.

Connie Smith

Leadership Team Member & Children's Ministry

Like her husband Terry, Connie also came to the Lord during the Jesus Movement. She directs and teaches in our children's ministry, and she loves to pray.

John Thomas

Assistant Pastor, Mentor/Discipler, Men's Prison Ministry &  Missionary to Africa

John Thomas came to the Lord while he was a prison warden in the Pennsylvania prison system, through the influence of a prison chaplin, who later became his wife! He is an exhorter, mentor/discipler, men's prison minster and missionary to Africa.

Jane Thomas is a prophetic worship leader, a mentor to women, and the head of Freedom House, a residential recovery/discipleship center for formerly incarcerated women.
