Background: Paul and Vicky are from DuBois, PA, and are missionaries to Costa Rica and Central America. At one point, before they went full time into missions, Paul was an elder at JCC. They are a wonderful Holy Spirit mix of commitment to Christ, faith, abandonment, and the joy of the Lord. They have given themselves to God so that he can break them open, bring forth the fragrance of Christ, and bring Life to others.
